Hello! 

My name is Jane, and I’m a writer.  It’s been my passion since I was a kid growing up in Missouri.

That led me to attend college at Mizzou, then on to a career as a journalist. After years working in newspapers and magazines — and a couple of kids — I added an MFA degree in creative nonfiction from Goucher College in Towson, Md.

My Mission

As a freelance writer, I focus on narrative nonfiction. With an extensive news reporting background as a journalist, the cornerstone of my work is the ability to convey complicated information to a general audience. My strength is translating complex topics so my readers can understand how those issues impact their lives.

As a content creator, I offer a full range of writing and editing services. I create the high quality content businesses need to grow and prosper. My content development and marketing services include blogs, articles, press releases, eBooks, white papers, copywriting, ghostwriting and editing.  My clients include businesses, government contractors, publications and authors.
